Chillers
Industrial process chillers are essential to keep your components running strong. We offer 1 to 200 ton single and dual circuit packaged air-cooled chillers, packaged water-cooled chillers, and split air-cooled systems engineered to cool your processes. We categorize our chillers based on how the heat is removed from the refrigeration circuit whether by water, air, or using a split system configuration.
Benefits of our industrial chillers:
Engineered solutions are customized to meet load, equipment, temperature, and environmental requirements
Fully programmable electronic controls with remote access
A choice between full or partial redundancy
Customize heat exchanger and tank with options, such as fluid level sight glass, tank low-level indicator with alarm, variable frequency drive (VFD) for pumps, and custom tank fittings
Standard brazed plate evaporators, with a barrel-style option
Short lead times with many in-stock chillers available
Packaged Air-Cooled Chillers
Air-cooled chillers use ambient air to cool the refrigerant. These cost-effective and low-maintenance systems boast energy-efficient operation and occupy less interior space than water-cooled systems. Air-cooled chillers are well-suited for water-sensitive areas, and the cooling process doesn’t modify the ambient humidity or temperature. They are stand-alone units and do not require any additional equipment to function.

Packaged water-cooled chillers
Water-cooled chillers use water to cool the refrigerant. Featuring a separate cooling tower to direct heat away from the refrigerant, water-cooled chillers require access to a continual water source for operation. They’re installed indoors, protected from damage from the outdoor elements. Thanks to their quiet operation, water-cooled chillers are ideally suited for low-noise environments. Available with environmentally friendly options, water-cooled chillers also boast plenty of energy-saving benefits.

Fluid Coolers
Also known as free-coolers, fluid coolers are air/water heat exchangers that use ambient air to cool water. While often used for process cooling with water and water/glycol mixtures, fluid coolers are also suitable in other applications. They are ideal for “free cooling” in colder climates, computer rooms/data centers, secondary heat exchangers, supermarket systems, and remote radiators for diesel or gas engines. Fluid coolers work using axial fans to generate air circulation through the coil(s), requiring minimal energy. The closed-circuit system keeps salts unchanged and avoids deposit growth. Easy to install and integrate into existing cooling systems, fluid coolers are free of process water contamination and offer a quick return on investment (ROI).
